Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your WebFounder account and data. It applies to the web dashboard and the mobile app, which share one account.

How to delete your account

  1. Email support@webfounder.in from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Google or GitHub, use the email address of that account.
  2. We confirm the request comes from you.
  3. We delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What we delete

  • Your profile and sign-in details.
  • Your prompts and chat history.
  • The sites you built, including their files.
  • Your published sites, which go offline, and any custom domain connections.
  • Any credits left in your account.

What we keep, and why

  • Payment records and GST tax invoices, for the period Indian tax law requires. They are kept separately from your account profile.
  • Limited security and operational logs, which are deleted on a rolling basis.

Delete only part of your data

To take one site offline, unpublish it in the dashboard. To remove a site completely, delete it from your projects. Neither closes your account.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. Unused credits are lost and published sites stop working. Copy anything you need first.
