Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Chakshu Food Products (“we”, “us”) about your use of WebFounder on webfounder.in, the web dashboard and the mobile app. By creating an account or using WebFounder, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use WebFounder.

Who can use WebFounder

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

The service

WebFounder uses AI to build websites from your instructions. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other output. You are responsible for reviewing a site before you publish it.

Your account

Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@webfounder.in if you think someone else has accessed it.

Credits and payments

• You buy credits in packs. 1 credit equals ₹1 of usage. Pack prices are in Indian rupees plus 18% GST.
• Credits are used as WebFounder builds and edits your sites. They do not expire and cannot be transferred.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We issue a GST tax invoice for every top-up.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Your content and published sites

You own the prompts you write and the sites you create, to the extent the law allows. You give us a licence to host, process and display them so we can run the service. You are responsible for what you publish.

Acceptable use

You must not use WebFounder to:

• break the law or infringe someone else’s rights;
• publish phishing, malware, scams or deceptive content;
• publish hateful, abusive or sexually explicit content, or any content that exploits children;
• send spam, or overload, probe or scrape the service;
• get around credit limits or other protections.

We may remove a site or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Hosting and domains

Published sites are served at an address like yourname.webfounder.in. We may refuse or reclaim names that are misleading, reserved or abusive. If you connect your own domain, you must own it and you are responsible for its DNS settings and renewals. We do not sell or register domains.

Availability and changes

We work to keep WebFounder available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.

Ending your use

You can stop using WebFounder at any time and ask us to delete your account (see account deletion). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WebFounder is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies once posted here. Continuing to use WebFounder after that means you accept it.
