Refund policy
Last updated 8 October 2026.
WebFounder credits pay for a digital service that is delivered as you use it. Because credits are spent as soon as WebFounder builds or edits a site, purchased credits are generally non-refundable.
When we will refund or fix a charge
- You were charged more than once for the same top-up.
- A payment was taken from your account but the credits were not added.
- A charge was made that you did not authorise.
How to ask
Email support@webfounder.in from the address on your account. Include the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and appears on your receipt) and a short description of what happened. We reply within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to show up depends on your bank or payment provider. If a refund applies to a payment for which we issued a GST tax invoice, we make the GST adjustment the law requires.
What is not refundable
- Credits that have already been used.
- Free credits given at signup. They have no cash value.
- Fees you pay to a domain registrar. We do not sell domains.
Credits when you delete your account
Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted. Use them or contact us before you delete the account.
